the employer announces its need for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to work in the Riyadh area. The role includes leading the project delivery team and ensuring the proper design, implementation, and delivery of infrastructure solutions in line with organizational standards, project requirements, and governance frameworks. Key responsibilities include cybersecurity, compliance, and 15+ years of experience. The person in this role will be a key member of the IT Project Delivery team, responsible for owning the infrastructure domain across projects. This role represents a senior technical authority, accountable for ensuring that all infrastructure solutions are properly designed, validated, and delivered in line with organizational standards, project requirements, and governance frameworks. The candidate is expected to operate with a high level of independence, providing technical leadership, design assurance, and vendor control, while ensuring that all infrastructure deliverables are complete, compliant, and ready for handover

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with strong experience in leading infrastructure delivery within complex projects
• Deep technical expertise in infrastructure technologies including: Network architecture (routing, switching, security), Systems, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure platforms
• Strong understanding of: Infrastructure design and architecture principles, Integration dependencies across systems, Security and segmentation concepts
• Proven track record in owning infrastructure scope within large-scale projects
• Strong experience in managing vendors and enforcing delivery quality
• Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes
• Extensive experience in governance and standards
