Senior Reservations Agent - The Red Sea

Job description

The role represents and champions the the employer brand, promoting all properties and services in a friendly, professional manner while upselling to meet revenue targets. It achieves set standards for revenue, quality, customer service and productivity, and complies with external reservation audit standards such as LQA, Forbes and IFH. The agent handles market and segment channel queries and escalations via telephone, email and chat within agreed response times

Requirements

• Excel
• Guest experience
• 2-3 years experience in customer service or hospitality
• Proficient communication and collaboration with Front Office, Finance and F&B teams
• Knowledge of interacting with guests, travel agents and tour operators
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Diploma or Bachelor's in Hotel Management or related field is an advantage
