Job description

The supervisor oversees supply chain performance reporting, analytics, data quality, and supports governance procedures at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. It turns operational and business data into accurate dashboards, management reports, and actionable insights that enable leadership to monitor performance, compliance, workload, savings, and improvement priorities. The Supervisor role values leading a dedicated analytics and reporting team, establishes consistent definitions of KPIs and reporting standards, and coordinates with Procurement, Vendor Management, Contracts, Inventory, Finance, and IT departments to fill data gaps and track improvement actions
