The role focuses on developing future leaders through the employer’s global Voyage leadership development program. Recent graduates participate in full‑time, paid training, real‑world assignments, mini‑rotations across hotel functions, and mentorship from senior leaders. The journey lasts 12‑18 months depending on career interests and location

Requirements

• Graduated from a university or hotel school within the last 2 years
• Excel

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required (Associate degree acceptable for Culinary)
• superior critical‑thinking and interpersonal communication skills
• ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
