Guest Service Agent

Job description

Key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences. Welcomes and assists guests in a friendly and professional manner. Performs check-in and check-out procedures using the property management system. Responds to guest inquiries with accurate information and support. Coordinates with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Handles guest complaints or feedback promptly and effectively. Promotes hotel services and facilities when appropriate

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
• strong communication skills
• teamwork skills
• fluency in English and Arabic
• ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
