Reservations Supervisor

Job description

The role involves representing and championing the Jumeirah brand by applying its values in all interactions. Promoting Jumeirah properties and services in a friendly, professional manner and upselling to meet revenue targets. Achieving set targets for revenue, quality, customer service standards and productivity. Meeting minimum standards for external reservation audits (LQA, Forbes, IFH). Handling market and segment channel queries and escalations via phone, email and chat within agreed response times

Requirements

• Excel
• Guest experience
• 2-3 years experience in customer service or hospitality
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Diploma or Bachelor's in Hotel Management preferred
