Job description

The role includes leading the hotel's strategic food and beverage/culinary operation including restaurants, bars, room service and banquets. Develops and implements department strategies and ensures implementation of the brand's service strategy and initiatives. Ensures target customer needs are met, employee satisfaction, increased revenues and improved financial performance. Develops comprehensive strategies to deliver products and services that meet customer and employee expectations and achieve return on investment. Reviews financial reports to evaluate performance against budget, set expectations for the leadership team, and ensure desired service behaviors
