the employer announces its need for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager - InterContinental The Red Sea Resort for the Riyadh area. The role supports the Food & Beverage Manager in overall management and daily operation of the hotel’s Food & Beverage outlets. Ensures exceptional guest service and high hospitality standards at all times. Supervises Food & Beverage supervisors and team leaders, monitors service standards, food quality, presentation and cleanliness. Guarantees compliance with hotel policies, the employer standards and health‑safety regulations. Assists with staffing, scheduling, training and performance management. Conducts regular outlet inspections and handles guest feedback and complaints professionally. Monitors revenue, costs and inventory. Coordinates with Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Finance and other departments for smooth operations. Participates in planning and executing events, promotions and special guest experiences. Prepares operational reports and provides feedback to the manager. Acts as the Food & Beverage Manager in their absence and performs any other duties assigned by management

• 5 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant Food & Beverage experience
• Previous supervisory or management experience in Food & Beverage operations
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
• Good financial and cost‑control awareness
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays
