Job description

The role involves becoming a Voyage participant, which requires a degree from a university or hotel school within the last 2 years. The Voyage Global Leadership Development Program provides a career development adventure and a world of leadership opportunities. As an associate and trainee, you’ll build upon the skills you developed in school by participating in real-world assignments. The program is a full-time, paid development program that takes place at a the employer managed hotel. It is offered in 50+ countries and lasts for 12-18 months, depending on your career interests, passions, goals, and location

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required (Associate's degree acceptable for Culinary)
• superior critical-thinking & interpersonal communication skills
• the ability to foster relationships & work collaboratively
• the ability to self-manage & be a self-starter
• fluency in local language may be required
