Job description

Takes full responsibility for P&L and development and implementation of local branch strategy. Sets the agenda, builds and leads the marketing, sales, finance, medical, regulatory affairs and other supporting functions teams. Responsible for achieving sales, market share, growth, and profitability goals and enhancing the company's culture and external reputation while supporting global and regional goals. Identifies key stakeholders and establishes relationships to expand patient access to the employer products using available resources. Builds a strong talent pipeline and high-performance organization based on the the employer/the employer culture and values. Directs the overall performance of local organizations and distribution markets in collaboration with the cluster, determines current and future product portfolio strategies, and achieves sales and profits within established budgets. Represents the employer in Saudi Arabia as president and public face, ensuring legal and ethical compliance. Oversees joint projects and commercial agreements and strengthens the organization's culture of excellence and innovation.

Requirements

• University degree in life sciences or business
• MBA preferred
• Advanced degree in bioscience, medicine, business or economics
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Proven P&L responsibility experience
• 10-12 years of executive experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Diverse geographical experience
• Ability to develop and train leaders and staff
• Ability to create a shared culture and motivate performance with integrity
• Deep understanding of regulatory and market environments
• Strong relationships with KOLs, regulators and customers
• Proven ability to manage sales and marketing
• Solid understanding of product launch and commercial processes
• Ability to manage risks
• Leadership experience managing multiple, diverse teams in a complex and agile environment
• High skills in communication and influencing
