Housekeeping Supervisor

Job description

Join the First Vignette Collection Hotel (Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel) in Riyadh as a Housekeeping Supervisor. Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure guest rooms and public areas meet hotel standards, and handle guest requests and VIP arrangements. Manage the team, assign tasks based on occupancy, monitor performance, train staff, and ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety procedures. Control the use of supplies and equipment to reduce costs, maintain inventory, support waste reduction and energy conservation initiatives, and report maintenance issues and safety hazards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–4 years of housekeeping experience with supervisory experience
• good knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and linen management
• proficient in English
• strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• ability to work under pressure and manage daily operational priorities
