Job description

Join the Contract Services team at the client project office in Riyadh. Provide strategic procurement advice to public and private sector clients and manage a team delivering end-to‑to‑end procurement services for major projects. Support the development of procurement services, business development and marketing of the team’s service proposition. Assist in achieving team and business targets and contribute to bid preparation and winning proposals.

Requirements

• Degree in construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, law or procurement
• MCIPS or Master’s in Strategic Procurement
• experience leading or supporting projects in a strategic procurement environment
• proven experience procuring construction packages
• proficiency in tender preparation and development of related documents
• experience in supplier engagement from market outreach to contract award
• proficiency with standard form contracts including term development, negotiation and award
