SME Digital Payments & Partnerships Manager

Job description

The successful candidate will develop and manage digital payment solutions for small and medium enterprises. Responsibilities include creating business cases, strengthening strategic partnerships, overseeing full lifecycle implementation, and providing post‑launch support. Manages relationships with banks, fintech firms, and payment service providers. Coordinates implementation, integration, testing and product launch with internal and external stakeholders. Ensures partner onboarding, post‑launch support, certification and performance monitoring

Requirements

• Experience in SME banking, digital payments, commercial cards, fintech partnerships, card issuing/processing, or BaaS
• hands‑on experience with expense management and virtual cards
• understanding of embedded finance, BaaS and the Saudi banking/fintech ecosystem
• experience managing solutions from pre‑sale to implementation and launch
• professional fluency in Arabic and English
• knowledge of Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority requirements (advantage)
• location Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, contract basis
