In two years we onboarded 850+ contracting companies, supported giga‑projects such as NEOM and King Salman Park, and scaled RFQs to $350 million while maintaining positive unit economics. As the Regional Operations Coordinator you will oversee daily logistics, order fulfillment and operational workflows in the Eastern Province, acting as the primary liaison between sales, procurement, transporters and customers to ensure seamless material delivery, accurate system documentation and reliable supply‑chain execution on the the employer platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related field
• 3-5 years experience in operations, logistics or supply‑chain coordination
• proficiency in Arabic and English communication and coordination
• proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and logistics or order‑management software
• comfortable with dashboards and internal platforms
• strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation such as delivery notes and permits
• ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• based in or willing to relocate to Dammam, familiarity with Eastern Province logistics landscape preferred
