Sample Prep Technician

We at the employer, the world's leading inspection, verification, testing, and certification company, are seeking a Sample Preparation Technician to join our laboratory team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing laboratory samples in accordance with established procedures, ensuring sample quality, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards. Tasks include performing routine sample preparation activities in accordance with laboratory procedures, operating sample preparation equipment safely and efficiently, and ensuring prepared samples are representative of the original material and meet quality requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in sample preparation or a similar laboratory role
• Knowledge of laboratory sample preparation procedures
• Ability to operate sample preparation equipment
• Basic understanding of laboratory safety and quality control practices
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
• Willingness to work shifts as required
