About the Role: the employer is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time position in Riyadh and Ad Dir'iyah. This role involves responding to guest repair requests, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of hotel facilities. Responsibilities: Respond to and address guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues, perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen, and mechanical room equipment, visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines, identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and utility shut-offs for buildings

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in a maintenance or related role · Basic knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry, kitchen equipment, and general building maintenance · Basic computer skills, including inputting air handler schedules and making temperature changes · Ability to follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures, report maintenance problems and safety hazards, and complete safety training · Capability to maintain a clean and professional appearance and protect company assets · Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members using clear and professional language
