Requirements

• Experience in a related field
• Supervision of revenue and reservation operations and management and coordination of activities with other departments
• Ensuring the continuous delivery of high-quality reservations to customers and management and motivation of the reservations team
• Registration and processing of all reservation inquiries made by phone, fax, or email efficiently and accurately
• Providing supervision of reservation staff and ensuring compliance with management standards and policies
• Training agents in additional sales and cross-selling and continuous knowledge of skill sets
