Geomatics Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

Job description

The role involves joining the spatial data team in Dhahran to convert complex survey and geospatial data into precise, high-quality maps. Design and produce accurate thematic maps, facility layouts, and pipeline routing diagrams using GIS and cartographic tools. Process and manage spatial datasets ensuring correct coordinate systems, data integrity, and compliance with mapping standards. Collaborate with engineering and survey teams to translate field data and technical drawings into clear visual representations. Perform quality control to ensure spatial accuracy, clarity, and adherence to corporate guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Geomatics Engineering or related field
• specialization in cartography
• 0-1 years of experience
• proficiency in GIS and cartographic software and tools
• understanding of spatial data processing, coordinate systems, and data integrity principles
• ability to translate technical data into clear visual representations
• attention to detail for quality control and mapping standards compliance
