Ensures efficiency and reliability of classroom technologies, collaboration platforms, and end-user computing environments to support education, research and administration. Oversees daily operations and directs a team of engineers and specialists to deliver consistent technical services aligned with organizational priorities. Enhances user experience and service excellence through effective communication and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Lead a team of audio-visual engineers and end-user computing specialists, providing guidance, training and technical support. Supervise operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of audio-visual systems in classrooms, collaboration platforms and end-user devices (desktops and laptops).

Requirements

• Leadership experience in managing technical teams
• Proficient with audio‑visual (AV) systems
• Knowledge of collaboration platforms
• Proficient in managing end‑user computing environments (EUC)
