the employer Investment Company is seeking an experienced Golf Course Farming Supervisor to manage and maintain world-class golf facilities. The role ensures the health, quality, and playability of turf, green spaces, and surrounding landscapes. Supervises daily agronomy activities and collaborates with course managers and agronomy specialists to implement effective turf management programs.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Turf Management, or related field
• 4-6 years experience in golf course agronomy or turf management with at least 2 years supervisory experience
• strong knowledge of turfgrass species, soil science, pest control, irrigation systems, and fertility management
• hands‑on experience with turf maintenance equipment and tools
• excellent leadership and team management skills
• ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• good communication and organizational skills
• familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainable agronomy practices
• ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
