Oracle Cloud Engineer/Engineer (Freelance) Location: Saudi Arabia (Mandatory) Contract Type: Independent Consultant Duration: 2 Months Start Date: 01 November 2026 Oracle Cloud Engineer/Engineer for a 2-month freelance assignment in Saudi Arabia, starting 01 November 2026. The Consultant must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia and will be responsible for implementing and securing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments as per the requirements below. 1. Security Baseline and Hardening • Implement OCI security zones. • Configure and manage Cloud Guard (CSPM). • Performing landing zone strengthening for the sovereign domain. 2. Identity, Trust and Access • Implement and manage IAM/PAM solutions. • Configure multi-factor authentication (MFA). • Enforce least privilege and just-in-time (JIT) access models. •Implement and enforce operator access control (OAC) workflows. 3. Encryption and Key Management • Configure and manage OCI Vault. • Implement HSM-based key management (FIPS 140-2 Level 3). • Client-managed encryption key management and BYOK solutions. • Ensure compliance with NCS-1:2020 encryption standards. 4. Network Security and Isolation • Design and secure OCI VCN and NSG environments. • Implement private endpoints only. • Configure FastConnect connection. • Deploy and manage WAF and DDoS protection controls. 5. Data Protection & DLP • Implement OCI Data Safe capabilities, including: o Data discovery o Data masking o Activity auditing • Enforce data residency requirements. 6. Logging, Monitoring, and SIEM Integration • Configure immutable audit logging. • T Implement log ingestion and monitoring capabilities. • Integrate telemetry and OCI logs with SIEM platforms. • Providing monitoring, remote measurement and evidence collection mechanisms. 7. Resilience and Disaster Recovery • Configure backup strategies across the availability domain. • Implement disaster recovery configurations. • Perform failover testing and failover validation. 8. Evidence Automation Control • Automate evidence collection for implemented controls. • CCC controls map and ECC references. • Support audit package preparation and compliance reporting
