About the Role the employer is looking for a Sales Specialist to join its team. This full-time role focuses on developing and implementing sales policies and strategies, evaluating performance, and preparing specialized reports to support the company's sales objectives. The role requires 0 to 1 year of sales experience. Main tasks and responsibilities: Study and follow up on market developments to determine and develop marketing objectives and sales methods. Estimating expected sales volume and translating goals into implementable sales plans. Proposing sales policies and following up on their implementation, in addition to developing and evaluating promotional programs. Effectively communicate with customers to identify their problems and follow competitors and their sales programs to avoid potential risks. Evaluating the performance results of sales representatives and the extent to which sales goals are achieved, and proposing the necessary corrective plans and actions. Preparing specialized documents and reports related to sales, providing appropriate recommendations and solutions, displaying them and saving them in the database in accordance with approved policies and procedures. Qualifications and Experience 0 to 1 year experience in sales or related role. Ability to analyze market data and identify sales opportunities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Required Skills Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Ability to prepare specialized reports and provide recommendations.
