About the Role the employer is looking for a Project Management Manager to join its team. The incumbent in this role undertakes overall supervision of project and program management activities, follows up on the development of implementation plans, and monitors workflow to ensure that set objectives are achieved within allocated timelines and budgets. Main Responsibilities: Supervising the development and implementation of project and program plans, directing and following up on estimating financial budgets and determining the necessary human, technical and equipment requirements. Ensuring the provision of resources in a timely manner and within the estimated cost, and identifying project assumptions and interfaces with other projects to ensure optimal utilization of resources. Identify project risks and develop the necessary steps to avoid and resolve them effectively and in a timely manner. Coordinate with the work team to review the completed work and remaining stages, and ensure compliance with the project scope, approved project management standards, and quality specifications. Managing change processes based on established plans, coordinating and following up on the completion of the project’s main stages and closing process. Evaluating the level of achievement of the project outcomes for its main objectives, ensuring the transfer of all relevant knowledge and experience, and documenting the project’s documents, forms, and reports. Supervising the preparation of project progress reports, challenges and risk management reports, and reports measuring performance indicators and project success factors on a regular basis. Submitting related reports to the various parties involved in the project and to the entity’s senior management. Qualifications and Experience: Experience ranging from in the field of project management. Ability to supervise and direct work teams effectively. skills Excellent in planning, organizing and following up. Job Type This position is full-time.
