About the Role the employer is looking for a Cyber Security HR Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This role aims to develop the plans, strategies and guidelines necessary to support, develop and manage cybersecurity personnel within the organization. The role requires 0-1 years of experience and is considered a full-time position. Main tasks and responsibilities Conduct comprehensive learning needs assessments and identify training requirements for cybersecurity personnel. Request and secure adequate funding for training resources for cybersecurity personnel, including internal and specialized training courses, and the provision of trainers and relevant educational materials. Effective coordination within the entity to ensure the appropriate allocation and distribution of cybersecurity personnel in accordance with organizational needs. Develop a clear classification structure for cyber professions within the entity, including job entry requirements and necessary qualifications. Carrying out and supervising waiver processes regarding entry requirements into the cybersecurity career field and training qualifications. Required qualifications and experience: 0-1 year of practical experience in a field related to human resources or cybersecurity. Ability to develop and implement strategies and plans related to competency development. Work Environment This job is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is full-time and requires on-site presence to support cybersecurity staff development processes.
