Compensation Specialist

About the Role the employer is looking for a Compensation Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. The incumbent participates in the design and development of compensation and rewards systems and salary structures, in addition to following up on audits of salary records and preparing specialized reports in this field. This role is available full time and requires 0 to 1 year of experience. Main tasks and responsibilities: Participate in designing the compensation and rewards system, while ensuring internal justice between jobs and achieving the level of competitiveness required to attract and retain competencies and talents. Contribute to the design and development of the salary structure in line with the company’s strategies and objectives. Follow up on the processes of controlling and auditing payroll records to ensure their accuracy and compliance with approved policies and procedures. Preparing specialized documents and reports related to the field of compensation, and displaying and storing them in an organized manner. Qualifications and Experience Practical experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in the field of compensation or human resources. Good understanding of the principles of designing compensation and rewards systems. Required Skills Strong analytical skills and ability to handle financial data. Accuracy and attention to detail in preparing reports and documents. Effective communication skills to cooperate with different departments. Work Environment This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time position within a dedicated Human Resources team.
