About the Role the employer is looking for a Store Keeper to join its team. The storekeeper is responsible for managing the movement of materials within warehouses, ensuring inventory accuracy and effective organization. This role is available full time and requires experience ranging. Main Responsibilities: Receiving materials received into warehouses and verifying their compliance with the specifications mentioned in purchase or supply orders or samples. Organizing and arranging the supplied goods, equipment and other materials, placing them in their designated places and recording their data. Prepare the materials, prepare them, and disburse them to the concerned authorities according to disbursement vouchers, in accordance with the approved disbursement mechanism. Determine requirements for goods and materials when inventory reaches the demand limit, and save all transactions related to warehouse entries and exits. Participate in inventory counts and reconcile physical inventory results with books and records balances. Qualifications and Experience: Experience ranging in the field of storekeepers or warehouse management. Ability to receive and inspect materials accurately. High organizational skills to arrange and classify inventory. Ability to handle bills of exchange and record keeping. Work Environment Headquarters are located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The position is full-time within a team specialized in human resources management and logistics services. Type of work: This position is full-time, and requires presence at the company headquarters.
