About the Role the employer is looking for a Career Classification Manager to join its team in Riyadh. The incumbent of this role is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of job and occupational classification systems, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day operations related to job classification and description. Main Responsibilities Participate in setting main objectives, plans and programs related to the development and application of occupational and occupational classification systems. Direct supervision of the activities of managing, planning and organizing the work of classifying and describing jobs and determining the requirements for filling them. Ensuring the availability of all technical and human resources necessary to conduct daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible. Developing and planning the classification Developing the main objectives of the classification department with the aim of identifying and selecting the optimal methods and means for classifying jobs and professions. Description of jobs and determining their job levels and requirements for filling them in terms of qualifications and years of experience. Develop and implement plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving these goals. Qualifications and Experience: 0-1 year experience in a related field. Ability to develop and implement plans and programmes. Work Environment This role is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
