About the Role the employer is looking for an Inventory Movement Clerk to join its team. This full-time role focuses on managing inventory records and ensuring adequate quantities of merchandise and materials are available, supporting smooth operational processes. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain inventory records and related reports, as well as price lists and shipments. Recording all types and quantities of materials coming into the warehouse in inventory movement records, specifying prices, dates, source, and storage location. Documenting the types and quantities of materials disbursed from the warehouse, pricing them in accordance with the approved systems, and recording the date and purpose of disbursement. Monitoring the movement of incoming and outgoing materials, and participating in periodic inventory operations to discover discrepancies and analyze their causes. Reviewing the pledge of materials and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of transactions related to inventory. Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, rules and regulations in all work assignments. Qualifications and Experience: Experience ranging in inventory management or similar role. Ability to maintain accurate and organized records of merchandise and materials. Good skills in handling and documenting data. Work Environment This role is a full-time position, Saudi Arabia. The incumbent will work within a team supporting inventory operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Role Summary The Stock Movement Clerk has the vital responsibility of tracking and managing the movement of materials within the warehouses, ensuring they are available and organized according to set standards. The role requires accuracy and adherence to procedures to ensure the integrity and accuracy of inventory data
