Associate Warehouse Supervisor

Job description

the employer is a leader in luxury retail in the Middle East. Its retail division, the employer Insignia, manages a portfolio of top luxury brands in fashion, jewellery, home and department store categories. The role’s purpose is to supervise receipt, storage and inventory movement across the retail business. Responsibilities include overseeing receipt of all shipments against procurement records, managing quality checks and tagging, organizing safe storage, submitting Good Receipt Notes to Finance, reporting discrepancies and damages, arranging picking, quality check and packing based on store and customer orders, coordinating deliveries with the last‑mile team, monitoring daily inbound and outbound SLA compliance, handling Salesforce tickets, processing store and customer returns within SLA, managing shift targets, tracking user productivity and meeting warehouse assistants KPIs, supporting supervisors in shift and ROTA planning, reviewing processes for risk management and escalating to the HSE committee, guiding and motivating staff for quality performance, and maintaining HSE practices to minimize property damage and injuries.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in retail logistics or warehouse operations
• good knowledge of material receiving, storage and handling gained through formal training or work experience
• proficiency in any WMS and ecommerce fulfillment knowledge preferred
• process‑driven with excellent attention to detail and ability to work with minimal guidance
• relevant vocational qualification is an advantage.
