Job description

Manage and direct an integrated fleet of delivery captains. Supervise the central operations room and monitor daily performance and productivity indicators. Lead field supervisors to ensure service quality and vehicle maintenance. Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabia's General Authority of Transport regulations. Enhance operational efficiency and elevate overall performance

Requirements

• Saudi nationality
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 to 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or fleet management
• preferably prior experience in the Last Mile sector or delivery and vehicle dispatch applications
• knowledge of General Authority of Transport regulations
• proficient in using dashboards and analyzing performance metrics
• leadership, decision‑making and field‑team management skills
• ability to analyze data and manage operational crises
