Operations Manager / Logistics Lead - Riyadh, full-time. Responsible for managing and operating multi-national field teams. Manages drivers, workers and supervisors and monitors their performance. Oversees the setup and operation of new sites. Manages fleet, vehicles, movement and maintenance. Organizes schedules, shifts and operational routes. Monitors attendance, discipline and performance. Visits sites and customers to monitor operations on-site. Handles operational issues and makes quick decisions to resolve them. Develops clear, scalable operating procedures

Requirements

• Experience in operations or logistics
• Strong experience in managing teams and field operations
• Leadership and practical mindset with high ownership
• Ability to work on-site continuously
• Proficient in Arabic and good English proficiency
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to manage operations directly, not only from the office
