It aims to make every journey seamless, personal, and purposeful. About the role: We are looking for a Product Designer focused on the digital consumer travel experience. The role involves shaping how customers book and manage travel products such as flights, stays, and activities. The candidate will work in a cross‑functional team of engineers, product managers, and designers to turn problems and opportunities into valuable experiences.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of product design experience in a consumer‑focused organization
• deep understanding of product strategy and business requirements
• design thinking and problem‑solving mindset
• planning and conducting user research including interviews, surveys, and usability tests
• strong communication skills to convey concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• proficient in design, prototyping, and whiteboarding tools such as Figma, Framer, Miro
• experience with a design system
• regularly gives and receives constructive feedback
• enjoys collaborating with designers and cross‑functional team members
• an online portfolio or PDF with up to 3 projects demonstrating design thinking and impact
• experienced in the full product design cycle from research to implementation and optimization
• proficient in prototyping tools like Figma, Framer, Proto.io
• strong visual design background with knowledge of Google Material Guidelines, Apple Human Interface Guidelines and design systems
• solid research skills in interviewing, surveys, usability testing and analysis
• basic knowledge of using data and analytics to inform design decisions
• strong written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
