Multi-Store Manager - Coffee

Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing operations of multiple specialty coffee stores in Riyadh. Responsibilities: Oversee store operations; develop strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure high-quality product and service delivery; monitor and analyze store performance through visits and audits; develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability; train and mentor store managers on management techniques and company policies; conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback; ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures; participate in recruitment and selection of store managers and staff; manage inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels; identify and address operational issues promptly.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale systems
• proficient in English and Arabic
• minimum of 5 years experience in specialty coffee industry
• experience managing multiple stores and achieving business objectives
• strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
