Greenhouse Supervisor - Agriculture

Job description

The role involves overseeing daily greenhouse operations, crop production, and farm activities. Supervise daily greenhouse operations and farming activities; monitor crop growth, irrigation, fertilization, and plant health; manage planting, harvesting, pruning, and related crop activities; monitor greenhouse temperature, humidity, ventilation, and environmental conditions; ensure proper use and maintenance of irrigation and greenhouse systems; supervise farm workers and allocate daily tasks; identify and report pests, diseases, and crop issues; maintain production records and prepare daily/weekly reports; ensure proper use of fertilizers, pesticides, tools, and equipment; follow agricultural, safety, and quality standards; coordinate with farm management to achieve production targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field
• 3–7 years experience in greenhouse farming or agricultural production
• hands‑on experience with greenhouse crops, irrigation, fertigation, and crop management
• experience supervising farm workers and daily operations
• good knowledge of pest and disease management
• strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• Saudi/GCC agricultural experience preferred
• English required
• Arabic is an advantage
