Procurement Manager

Job description

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for a logistics company, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, reliable supplier relationships, and timely availability of goods and services. Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business needs; source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and service providers; manage purchasing of logistics, transportation, warehousing, and operational requirements; negotiate prices, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules; monitor supplier performance on quality, costs, and delivery timelines; manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation; coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Warehouse teams; identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years experience in procurement, preferably in logistics or supply chain
• strong supplier network and negotiation skills
• experience in cost control, vendor management and purchasing operations
• good knowledge of procurement processes and ERP systems
• strong communication and analytical skills
• English required
• Arabic is an advantage
• Saudi market experience preferred.
