Business Enablement Manager, Peripheral Intervention (PI) - META

The Business Enablement Manager drives commercial, operational, and execution excellence across the PI META business, partnering with commercial, supply chain, finance, and business teams to deliver data‑driven insights, optimize processes, and boost performance. Responsibilities include leading Commercial Excellence initiatives and Salesforce adoption, developing pricing and profit optimization tools, building end‑to‑end performance dashboards, acting as liaison with regional Commercial Excellence teams, driving distributor excellence programs, analyzing secondary sales for growth opportunities, monitoring inventory trends, collaborating on demand planning and forecast accuracy, supporting supply allocation, streamlining order management, assisting budget and forecast cycles, creating sales performance reports, providing forecasting support, and delivering analytical support for product launches and strategic projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Supply Chain or related field
• strong experience in business analytics, commercial operations, sales enablement or business planning
• knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, inventory management and order fulfillment
• advanced proficiency in Power BI, SAP, Salesforce (SFDC) and Microsoft Office
• proven project management capabilities leading cross‑functional initiatives
• excellent communication, collaborator management and organizational skills
• strong influencing and negotiation skills with ability to lead outcomes without direct authority
