Job description

the employer is a Saudi EdTech company. the employer Track runs inside schools: a hybrid programme that prepares students for Qudrat and Tahsili, the national university-admission exams. Our students are 15 to 17 years old. the employer is becoming an AI-native company, department by department, and the number of schools we serve is growing. We believe every student deserves world-class teachers. And to make it happen, we’re reimagining everything about education: from cutting-edge tech to peer learning and physical spaces that spark curiosity. You will be the one designer who owns the student experience. Primarily that means the student app: where students study, work with an AI tutor, answer questions, and take part in activities, including games and head-to-head duels on a topic. You will also shape parts of the live classroom experience.

Requirements

• Roughly 5 years of experience in UX, product design experience
• a research practice you can describe in detail
• a portfolio of projects that demonstrate your creativity and delivery of results through great consumer-facing mobile-first experiences
• proficiency in using various tools and techniques to create and communicate your design ideas
• experience in conducting user research and testing in different contexts and cultures, using both qualitative and quantitative methods
• a strong sense of empathy, curiosity, and creativity, and a willingness to learn and experiment
• game design or gaming industry experience
• large-scale B2C or e-commerce experience
• enough front-end to prototype in code with AI assistance
