Senior Consultant - Lean Management

Job description

The main objective is to play a key role in delivering high-impact Lean and operational excellence projects across various industries. You will work closely with clients to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in management consulting or a related field
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach
• proven ability to work in client-facing roles and manage stakeholder expectations
• solid understanding of business processes and operational improvement techniques
• experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
• excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal
• ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
