The Assistant Spa Manager supports the Head of Wellness in overseeing the daily operations and ongoing development of the Spa. This role ensures the Spa and wellness areas consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with Boutique Group standards while maintaining operational efficiency. The Assistant Spa Manager fosters team morale, implements innovative solutions, and supports financial management, promotions, and events to ensure the Spa remains a leader in the wellness industry. Responsibilities include operational management, team leadership and development, guest experience and engagement, retail management, financial and strategic support, and compliance with standards.

Requirements

• Passion for the health and wellness industry, with a commitment to luxury guest experiences
• superior communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English
• additional languages are an asset
• exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
• proven ability to motivate, inspire, and develop individuals and teams
• knowledge of hotel and spa software systems, enhancing operational efficiency
• 2-4 years of supervisory or management experience in a club or spa setting
• a degree in hospitality management, wellness, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
