Job description

The Optician role involves greeting customers and identifying their visual and lifestyle needs. Recommends suitable frames, lenses, and optical solutions. Explains product features, pricing, and promotions. Achieves individual and team sales targets. Processes sales transactions and provides basic after‑sales support. Maintains showroom presentation and merchandising standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Optical Technology or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an optical lab or retail optical environment
• Ability to accurately read and execute optical prescriptions
• High attention to detail and technical accuracy
• Facing sales
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to achieve sales targets and provide professional product consultations
• English communication skills required (Arabic is a plus).
