This role focuses on delivering high‑quality outcomes through deep expertise in organizational psychology, behavioral science, and change management. You will lead specialist workstreams in large‑scale transformation programmes across oil & gas, petrochemicals, mining & metals, and manufacturing, helping clients turn strategy into adoption and lasting cultural change. Lead organizational psychology and change management workstreams, applying behavioral science to improve safety culture, workforce engagement, and leadership effectiveness. Design and facilitate workshops, assessments, focus groups, and stakeholder engagements. Translate behavioral insights and diagnostics into practical interventions and implementation plans. Support design and execution of change strategies that accelerate workforce adoption of new ways of working. Partner with senior leaders to build commitment, alignment, and ownership for transformation initiatives. Measure and evaluate change outcomes, adoption rates, and cultural transformation progress. Mentor consulting teams and contribute to dss+ methodologies, tools, and intellectual property. Support business development and proposal activities related to organizational transformation and culture change.

Requirements

• Strong analytical thinking
• Ability to work effectively in diverse international environments
• Proven experience as an Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Change Management professional in consulting or large industrial organisations
• Demonstrated success supporting large‑scale transformation programmes across the GCC
• Experience within oil & gas, petrochemicals, mining & metals, manufacturing, or other asset‑intensive industries
• Strong track record of translating transformation strategies into measurable workforce adoption and sustained behaviour change
• Experience designing and implementing employee engagement, culture change, leadership development, and safety improvement initiatives
• Exposure to safety‑critical environments and behavioural approaches to risk reduction and performance improvement
• Deep expertise in organizational psychology, behavioural science, and change management methodologies
• Understanding of how human behaviour influences safety, operational performance, and organisational culture
• Ability to design and deliver behavioural interventions that create measurable business outcomes
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills
• Ability to influence senior leaders while building trust with frontline teams
• Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting organisational and behavioural data
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial‑Organizational Psychology, or related field
• Additional certifications in Change Management, Organizational Development, Leadership Coaching, or Behavioral Science are advantageous
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Willingness to travel extensively across the GCC and internationally as required.
