Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Coordinator

Job description

Plays a pivotal role supervising mechanical, electrical and plumbing aspects of projects. Coordinates with project managers and engineers to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems in designs using AutoCAD and Revit. Reviews drawings and specifications to identify potential issues and provide solutions compliant with local codes and industry standards. Conducts site visits to monitor system installation and ensure safety and quality standards. Assists in preparing project schedules and budgets using project management software. Facilitates communication among contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure alignment. Participates in project meetings, provides updates on coordination tasks and addresses stakeholder feedback. Supports procurement by evaluating offers and ensuring quality and cost requirements are met
