Operations Supervisor

Job description

The role focuses on managing and training partners to ensure top‑tier service to customers in line with quality and safety guidelines. Duties include verifying customer orders, providing critical transformation information, adjusting labor allocation across shifts, collaborating with support functions to address shared issues, delivering safety 5S training, solving logistical challenges, analyzing data to improve processes, motivating the team, placing the customer at the core of decisions, and working flexible shifts that include weekends and nights

Requirements

• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• high school diploma or equivalent
• ability to lift up to 49 lb while standing/walking
• ability to work shifts that include nights and weekends
• bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields
• knowledge of occupational safety systems and quality standards
