Executive Director of Operations Job Advertisement Required qualifications and experience: Practical experience exceeding 10 years in the Saudi market in the transportation and logistics services sector, including proven executive leadership experience A record of success in managing large, multi-site operations, achieving significant growth in revenues, profitability, and operational efficiency Integrated experience in land transportation, international shipping, customs clearance, warehousing, logistics yards, and parcel distribution and delivery Experience in managing international shipments and their documents, and international trade terms «Incoterms», and building a network of international agents and partners. Deep knowledge of the Saudi market and the requirements of relevant regulatory authorities, with a strong network of professional and commercial relationships. High competence in financial management, pricing, negotiation, contract management, attracting and building work teams. Experience in applying operational and technical systems, developing procedures and business automation. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chains, logistics, engineering or a related specialty. A postgraduate qualification is preferred. Proficiency in both Arabic and English
