Branch Manager Wanted - Riyadh We are looking for a branch manager who has experience in managing and operating branches, leading the work team, monitoring performance, ensuring quality of service and achieving the branch’s goals. Requirements: - Previous experience in branch management. - Strong leadership and organizational skills. - Ability to monitor operation and solve problems. - Experience in the restaurant sector is preferred. Riyadh About this profession: Participate in the development and preparation of the branch’s objectives in light of the directions and strategies of the entity to which it is affiliated, manage, plan and organize the work of the branch and its administrative units in accordance with the approved operational plans and executive programs, follow up all the administrative operations related to the branch, and ensure the availability of all technical and human resources that guarantee the flow of daily operations in the branch. • Participate in the development and preparation of the branch’s plans and objectives in line with the directions and priorities of the entity to which it is affiliated, and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these strategic plans and objectives is determined. • Develop detailed plans, programs and projects for the branch, follow up the implementation process thereof to ensure the best outputs and achieve the highest levels of efficiency and productivity. • Generally supervise the operations and procedures in the branch, and ensure compliance with all the approved regulations, rules and policies. • Continually coordinate, communicate and build up relationships with the external work partners, coordinate projects and joint efforts, ensure the availability of effective internal communication channels that achieve a high level of integration between all the department of the branch
