Logistics Officer Nationality: For Saudis only Experience: One to two years Work location: Riyadh Job objective We are looking for a distinguished logistics officer to join our team, to manage transportation operations, international shipments, customs clearance, and delivery procedures, while ensuring that logistics operations run with high efficiency and on any specified dates. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Coordinate Operations: Accurately organize transportation, shipping, and delivery schedules. Customs and international follow-up: Following up on shipments coming from abroad and completing customs clearance procedures. Effective communication: continuous coordination with suppliers and logistics service providers. Document management: Preparing and processing shipping documents, invoices, and required customs papers. Problem solving: tracking the movement of shipments and quickly dealing with any delays or obstacles during delivery. Documentation and Reports: Maintain accurate logistical records and prepare periodic reports. Teamwork: Coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth and flexible workflow. Qualifications and requirements Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any related specialty. Experience: One to two years in the field of logistics or supply chain. Technical skills: Knowledge and familiarity with (SABER), (FASAH), and resource management systems (ERP/Oracle). Program Proficiency: Good proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility: The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Traits: initiative, and Attention to minutes and details
