The Country Digital Acceleration (CDA) program is a strategic partnership platform that drives innovation, builds digital skills, and accelerates the digital agenda of nations. The CDA Project Manager will play a key role in executing and scaling initiatives in KSA. Responsibilities: Lead end‑to‑end project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure on‑time, on‑scope, on‑budget outcomes; support program operations by tracking KPIs, maintaining dashboards, and optimizing internal workflows; engage internal teams, partners, and government stakeholders to align deliverables; identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues; manage project resources and support budgeting for project‑specific and program‑wide initiatives; prepare and deliver regular status updates, milestones, and performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders; facilitate cross‑functional alignment across the employer functions (sales, engineering, marketing, operations) for successful CDA project execution.

Requirements

• Self‑starter with passion for innovation and digital transformation
• thrives in fast‑paced, collaborative environment and can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• strategic mindset with attention to detail
• 5+ years experience in project management or program operations, ideally in technology or consulting
• proven track record managing complex multi‑stakeholder projects from initiation to closure
• strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
• proficient in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project, Excel
• fluent in Arabic and English
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
