Job description

the employer seeks a detail‑oriented Rental Fleet Coordinator to manage rental fleet operations. Responsibilities include scheduling delivery and pickup, managing rental contracts, liaising with suppliers, clients and internal teams, maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking equipment performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards, resolving disputes, and preparing utilization and cost reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration or related field
• minimum of 3 years experience in rental fleet coordination or asset management
• proficient in fleet management and rental software systems
• strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills
• proficiency in maintaining accurate records
• ability to multitask and provide effective customer service
• knowledge of safety standards and compliance related to fleet operations.
