Job description

The Host I - Entry Operations at Aquarabia Qiddiya City plays a frontline role in welcoming guests, ensuring smooth arrival and exit processes, and managing access control. The role creates outstanding first impressions, coordinates guest transportation, and ensures seamless use of turnstiles and the employer Fast Pass while maintaining the highest safety, efficiency, and guest service standards. It also supports daily operations within the Guest Operations department to ensure consistent service delivery and effective team coordination.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years experience in entry operations, access control, crowd control, guest services or similar roles
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• fluent in Arabic
• excellent English
• ability to address guest concerns quickly
• ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage guest flows efficiently
• ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a positive attitude
• strong focus on guest flow at entry and exit points
