HSE-Workplace Experience Officer

Job description

We are seeking an HSE-Workplace Experience Officer to support our site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Your role will be to ensure the safety and compliance of workplace operations at our site, through hands-on monitoring and continuous improvement. You will monitor compliance with procedures, permits, and legal obligations, enhance workplace health and safety programs, analyze risks and improve procedures. You will also coordinate emergency preparedness programs, business continuity activities, investigate incidents, and improve procedures. Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in an HSE operational role
• solid understanding of HSE principles and regulatory frameworks
• excellent communication skills
• ability to work independently and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• HSE Professional certification from Saudi HRSD
• fluent in Arabic and English.
